My wide-ranging interests have led me in a variety of directions throughout my professional life. For more than thirty years, I have been a consultant to contractors in the building trades, while operating my own business as a property manager and landlord. I especially enjoy acquiring and renovating older homes, gaining hands-on experience with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other trades.

At the same time, I continue my lifelong participation in the arts. I am an award-winning photographer. I create images of subjects ranging from flowers to locomotives, including large-scale photographs. I also share my craft with others through teaching. I have worked as a live audio engineer / studio engineer as well as design and installations of audio systems. I was also a studio assistant for a sculptor in Florida.

My leisure activities are no less varied. They include listening to vinyl record albums with vintage Hi-Fi gear, fly fishing, and being active in church. I brings a curious mind and generous spirit to every endeavor I pursue. I am excited to open a new chapter with eXp Realty. I look forward to using the knowledge and skills gained through my professional and life experiences to help clients achieve their goals, and I am committed to serving each client with energy, integrity, and passion.
