Jim began his real estate career in August 1971 and earned his broker’s license just two years later. By 1975, he had moved into management as an assistant manager of a satellite office, and in 1978 he was promoted to Vice President of the corporate office.

Throughout his career, Jim has experienced nearly every side of the real estate industry. About half of his career has been spent directly in real estate sales, with the other half focused on management, agent training, leadership, and ownership.
